These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") are a contract between you and MechArt ("we", "us") for the Berea app. By tapping "I agree" or using Berea, you accept these Terms.
Berea lets you read, compare and study public-domain translations of the Bible, and offers optional reminders and self-discipline tools. Its guiding principle is: READ. COMPARE. VERIFY. DECIDE FOR YOURSELF.
Berea does NOT generate sermons, prayers, interpretations, paraphrases or any religious opinion. Features that "search" only RETRIEVE approved, public-domain scripture text. Any decision about meaning or belief is entirely yours.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Berea for your own lawful, personal use.
Supporter tiers unlock optional "Plus" features. Purchases are billed through your Apple or Google account. Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds are handled under the store's policy. The free version always keeps the full core reading experience.
Do not use Berea to break the law, harass others, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Berea is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. MechArt is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Berea.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Türkiye.

Te concedemos una licencia personal, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar Berea con fines lícitos y personales.
Los niveles de Colaborador desbloquean funciones "Plus" opcionales. Las compras se cobran a través de tu cuenta de Apple o Google. Los precios se muestran antes de comprar. La versión gratuita siempre conserva la experiencia principal completa.
No uses Berea para infringir la ley, acosar a otros ni intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a nuestros sistemas.
Berea se ofrece "TAL CUAL" y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD", sin garantías de ningún tipo. MechArt no es responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Türkiye. Las disputas se someten a los tribunales competentes de Türkiye.
